They haven't got the guts to leave everybody hanging. If they did that, the Ins co's would be afraid to revamp their policies until Congress did do something.

Just repeal the sonofabitch lock stock and barrel effective 1/1/2018, give the market time to adjust and develop alternatives, and let the Congress over the next 9 months introduce whatever competing legislation they want and lets have a serious debate.

This is a way to take back the give aways of Obamacare.

For example, forcing insurance companies to insure those who,
a priori, will result in losses is absurd.
