There is the right wing ideal and there is the congressional reality. There is also his PROMISE to REPLACE. Time to get real gang. Game on - the ball is in Trump's court.

The VAST majority of republicans were elected based on the promise to REPEAL zerocare. There was no mention by them of replace. Zerocare did NOTHING to alleviate the problems associated with spiraling HC costs because it did not address the fundamental problems associated with HC in America. Too much government interference, too much tort and lack of free markets.....

I don't think you are going to be happy with what comes out of this. It's always been obvious that if we pulled the mandatory coverage a lot of young people would drop out and the premiums would go up for the 45/65 group. The only way out is to subsidize the lower 50% of them. They won't touch the other way out, which is to allow Hospitals, Doctors, Dentists, etc, to advertise and really make this free enterprise.
