David,

From Touchstone Software (TSSW) Baseline [get this through National Discount Broker] Report:

Price to Book 1.6
Price to Sales 1.75

Average volume 36,600 last 30 days

Tax selling was obviously present in Touchstone for the month of December. One note was that software stocks as a whole were sharply down in December.

Why the Rising Phoenix:

Those that had held through the new year you would have to believe were committed to the turnaround.

Any volume rise now could cause a sharp price rise with mostly pent up buying power.

Sales look good everywhere I have been.

Dan S.
