DRMD

Dave,

Yes, if you count in the Trikon Effect (several-day low of 3, plus a double bottom, even if separated by many months). Dave, this is a most pleasing demonstration of the cat's tenacity. Despite the dilution of the signal by the multiple days at 3, the spike in volume told you all you needed to know to make 50% in a day or two. Call Instock, I think we'll have a new cat-lover.

Ivan

PS: We might currently be witnessing an object lesson in the second part of the bounce, which is total feline collapse; THE place to short.
PPS: ABTX came charging out of the box, then retracted. Got it on 5-minute watch, much to my broker's dismay.

Dave:

Sorry, qvelled too soon about DRMD. It did NOT signal on the 29th (or was it the 30th?) because it closed ON the low. I would hazard a guess that DRMD is not a CAT offering signals, but a stock that should be offering an invitation for the SEC to start investigating unnatural price moves. For a rating, I give it a skull and crossbones. I run a clean cathouse, mister.

Ivan

PS: And just think, if it had closed two ticks higher, I'd be convinced it was solid gold!

Looks like a cat to me. This last blast up may have been the swan song as far as PGDCEB movement goes having gapped on 5/6. I don't know if the idea is valid or not, but I've been limiting the selection of new candidates to 6 months post gap trading on the theory that the stock by then is marching to the beat of a different drummer.

This stock underlines my thoughts about trading the cats generally without waiting for signal days. There was lots of extreme up and down movement on this kitten, with no actual signals generated. I realize that the true signals qive an important edge and waiting for them may be the best or at least the most risk conscious way to play these, but it is certainly worth looking into playing them more intensively.
