You know it's not just Donald who's been a major Hillary donor. ALL his economic appointments - Mnuchin, Cohn, Wilbur Ross - are recent Democrat and Hillary donors. Ivanka, Jared, the other kids, Michael Flynn - they're all lifelong Democrats too. They aren't people who were Democrats years ago, they were all Democrats last year.

In order to prevent a Hillary Presidency, Trumplicans put Hillary people in charge of the government.

Flexibility? You obviously have no idea what you are talking about...closings involving that kind of consideration are usually concluded by direct wire transfers from buyer or buyer's lender to seller which makes the closing proceeds immediately available in the seller's account. Documents are usually reviewed and approved and signed in advance and the actual in person stuff, if any, is handled by the brokers, attorneys and title companies. One of the largest deals I ever did, $93 million dollars in total, was handled entirely by mail.

As far as healthcare goes....I am willing to wait and see how it works out after the 3 steps are completed....this is much preferable to the way Obozocare was done....at least there is a dialogue......and we have to do something as Obozocare continues to implode resulting in higher premiums, higher deductibles, less choice and crappier care...
