Electric airplanes. I guess battery weight is no concern. And the electricity will all be non-FF generated in your make believe world of the future.

I figured you'd bring up biofuels. Biofuels are old tecnology. Henry Ford's first car ran on biofuel.

I understand private planes still use leaded fuel and are the #1 source of lead emissions in the US? As one who talks about flying a private plane, do YOU fly with leaded fuel? Hope you're not poisoning school children:

The EPA estimates (PDF) there are 16 million people living within one kilometer of those airports, and 3 million children attend schools in the same radius. According to a 2011 study by Duke University researchers, kids who live near airports have elevated levels of lead in their blood.
