Locogringo,
Trump is not an MD, nor was he in Congress for the last 8 years. If he was misled by the fools that should have been more prepared, that is his only mistake.
1) I'm not an MD. Yet I know health care is complicated. And it's not just because someone told me, either.

2) A good leader should have trustworthy aides and be able to hold them accountable. If said aides are acting like "yes men" or are otherwise just spewing B.S., the leader should be able to sniff it out.

3) Trump could have gained an appreciation for how complicated the health care issue is just by spending an hour or two with a small group of experts. I believe he didn't because of hubris. His words said it all.

Makes me wonder what else "nobody knew" could be so complicated.
