Wow, this stock was under almost everyone's radar...I read about CHKE today on Briefing.com. The entire story re their $5.50 distribution debacle is at: fool.yahoo.com Explains that the distribution payable to shareholders of record as of TODAY not Jan.2. I placed a limit order at 15 which did not fill. No biggie I think this will be well worth looking at tomorrow, when the stock is _really_ supposed to not include the $5.50. Positives: Software company-sized margins of 80%, pro-investor management as evidenced by this distribution. I suspect it will overcorrect. Mike
