Just a comment for the people that are using the term "pink sheets" with CM. Although most of the stocks listed in the pink sheets have had a public offering, owning families and company officers control much of the stock, so they're not eager for new shareholders. CM would never qualify with over 12,611 shareholders to be called this term. Instead they would be in the OTC market if delisted from Nasdaq.
