Sam--I too have visited Edgar and read URMD's financials. Please take this comment constructively but they are a disaster. What modest amounts of shares I own (300) and modest puts I have sold (10 at $5 for July) were the result of Individual Investor's recommendations. The other day I reviewed McMillan's book on option strategies and it occurred to me that URMD might be a good candidate for what is known as a covered stradle (buy the stock, sell a $5 call and sell a $5 put--doing this and based upon premiums in effect as of last Friday you acquire the stock for 69 cents). I started getting excited about the idea and decided to do some home work. That's when I visited Edgar. URMD's last quarter was terrible, terrible, terrible. The financials discussed the European connection but also pointed out that shipments virtually stopped this past quarter due to large inventories on hand by outlets. It also discussed some women's negative reaction to use of the product. I know that they are requried to discuss these things but it seems prudent to pay attention. If the negative cash flow from operations continues, the company can survive one more year, if that. Do you have any knowledge about back log? Is this company's investor relations office informative? I had my wife visit their web site and she beleives there is a tremendous market for their products yet the promise certainly has not found its way to the financials. Would you be kind enought to take a minute and brief the board on your current read on this one?

thanks, Hugh
