It is nice to see you posting here. I check this board daily usually without ever discovering a new post. I am not sure of the product line or future products. My investing strategy does not typically involve much product research. I focus on financial and sector data. This company is pivoting on the present quarters earning (my opinion). If there next earnings report is consistent with there last then a nice short term ~ 6 month gain will be in order however unfavorable earnings will cause this expensive stock (>200 PE) to crash hard. Quite a bit of risk with this one. I own 250 shares at $22.5.

Andreas

I wish I could give you an answer on alsi's future software. I have a good friend in sales but is only able to comment on public info. I do know the co. is hiring more people here in wi. Rapids. If their new products continue to be as innovative as the existing we will make money. This is a well managed company.

Jim

Clinton-cited U.K. Researcher Featured in New Video A new video training kit, produced in cooperation with Dr. Keith Topping, an internationally recognized expert on paired learning, is available from the Institute for Academic Excellence™. Dr. Topping's research on the positive effects of tutoring has been cited in President Clinton's initiative to make sure that every child can read independently and well by the end of the third grade. Dr. Topping is director of The Centre for Paired Learning in Dundee, Scotland, which is known for the development and research of tutoring systems for use by parents and volunteers. Individualized and after-school tutoring programs play an important part in realizing the President's initiative. In the video, Dr. Topping discusses how to use Duolog Reading and demonstrates the techniques with a variety of tutors and students. Duolog Reading is a tutoring method that has been proven to increase reading comprehension up to 300 percent. An accompanying Discussion Guide includes tips to train and monitor volunteer tutors.
Dr. Topping is co-author of a major U.K. study that found tutored students improve at 4.4 times the normal rate for reading comprehension, and 3.3 times the normal rate in word recognition. He also wrote the forward to the report, Patterns of Reading Practice. The report details a study conducted by the Institute for Academic Excellence on the impact of literature-based reading.
