Hi Dave, I just off the phone with Schwab again. CAFE is still on NASDAQ, the broker doesn't know why there's no bid/ask, but we're guessing that the bid/ask system can't handle 64ths. I specifically asked if it was bulletin board or pink sheets. The broker said no. Trading does appear to be happening at 1/64 - 3/64, but as you can imagine it's light given the huge spread and the uncertainty of what's going on with CAFE. Maybe after a few more days Rubin can convert at 1/64 ! Hope this helps, Chris
