We both know the scientific method and are not emotionally invested. 1) Data collection 2) Processing 3) Interpretation To be taken seriously no agency should be doing more than one of the above and there needs to be rigorous protocols every step of the way. Poor Wharfy doesn't understand the scientific method and believes religiously like most people. If the climate warms or cools the only thing humans can do is adapt.
