It is such an arrogant position to assume you don't need help. Yes, it is a big economic sub-sector but it is going to be hard life getting of the DC tit for you guys. At least the so-called "red" states can make it on our own if we have to. Although, I think Texas will have a better chance than CA, and that's where I'll probably go. As long as I don't end up on the Pacific coast or North I'm good. I'm thinking if TX doesn't work out we've got friends in Naples who really like it. We may check that out instead.
