Jay: I don't know the internal management politics, but would certainly put my money on RDRT than APM (CEO Crisman, a one man show).
I believe there was or still is a legal suit against management, but don't know particulars...they have, however, pre-warned more often and as necessary, more so than APM.

Regards to the announcement, It seems a smart thing to do NOW, and as mentioned in the announcement shipments during last 2 weeks of Dec were not as expected...so best they to announce now than 1/17 or 1/21, as a BIG surprise. Seems that they are following the rules (?),IMO!

<<...small bump along the road to MR transistion or is this a sign that RDRT management has more problems than we have thought with production and capacity.>> IMO - always bumps along the road with keeping up to new technology;i.e., MR, GMR....TF is out!

Still early, but the stock has recovered somewhat...

Regards,

FNS

With today's price only being off a buck I would tend to think people believe it is temporary and that the bottom has occured. I may be misreading things. But really, how much lower can we go. I gues what they have to say after earnings will be big. Hopefully, the future looks bright. Good luck.
