Paul Ryan/Dump (and their greedy POS followers) believe that the function of the state/govt. is to funnel money from the weak (i.e. pummel them) to the strong (i.e. rich). Their philosophy is along the lines of Nazi social darwinism - the rich/strong must kill the poor/weak in order to strengthen the gene pool and make 'murica strong! No, it's you that don't understand how insurance works. The majority uninjured pay the costs of the injured. It's ALWAYS worked that way.

What about Donald Trump’s promises of “insurance for everybody” and “great health care.”?

But the answer, of course, is that they were all lying, all along — and they still are. On this, at least, Republican unity remains impressively intact.
