Healthcare is special and should be a right. It's a vital service, just like police and fire fighting. Both those are funded by taxes. I suppose Reich Wingers would like those fully privatized too. Only rich neighbourhoods would get emergency services... Your home would only get fire fighting and rescue if you were on their list of insured properties. Otherwise, you'd burn to death (or the fire would spread to other uninsured properties).

No, it was designed so that the mandate would force young healthy people to get insured. But, (R)'s hate it, and have been sabotaging it every step of the way. I sent you an article detailing how, which you had no reply to.
