taking premium $$$ from one person and giving it to another. Healthcare is special and should be a right. It's a vital service, just like police and fire fighting. Both those are funded by taxes. I suppose Reich Wingers would like those fully privatized too. Only rich neighbourhoods would get emergency services... Your home would only get fire fighting and rescue if you were on their list of insured properties. Otherwise, you'd burn to death (or the fire would spread to other uninsured properties).
