Judy, I know, but I am not asking any questions.It was up over 2 bucks at one point,perhaps we will be up over 2 by the end of the day.

Judy - just saw this: ORBITAL SCIENCES (Nasdaq:ORBI - news) Up 1 1/8 to 31 1/8... Merrill upgrades to near term buy from accumulate. This must be the reason for jump. I thought Merrill already had it as a buy but I guess not. Never understood reasons for such lingo as near term buy - also accumulate means buy as far as I'm concerned - but it does move the stock.
