Ok... here's the deal. Just got off the phone with World Vision and I was told that the press release has been delayed until tomorrow due to the logistics of the thing. Not the logistics of the press release but rather what Ira is trying to do at the same time. Apparently tommorrow in conjunction with the press release Ira will be holding a conference call with 150+ brokers. The Morton Downney show is also going to do something tomorrow as well. On the aquisition, although Robert didn't know any details he confirmed that the aquired company had been having tax problems and that was why we had been able to pick it up. He said it's a great company, just mismanaged. Apparently the "Bull and Bear Report" has valued the company FAMH is aquiring at 70MM. So that's the reason for the delay... Ira is planning to take the market by storm tomorrow from all sides. Apparently Ira told Robert that "when he saw the stock go to $1.50 in 3 days he'd know why he (Ira) did it this way"
