Thanks Frank and Scott for the excellent exchange and for breathing a little life into the thread.

I havn't looked at this one at all. I was wondering if you have any data that would indicate that the institutions might dump the spin off for any reason such as maybe it won't be in the S&P 500 at least for a while, or maybe the people who own the spinor might not be interested in keeping the spinee therefore driveng the price down. Do you know yet if the officers of the spin off are being incintivised with stock options, rights and such in lue of high saleries?

Hope to hear from you soon and often.
