That would sound to me like Presstek was acquiring more capacity. (Of course, referring to it as "excess capacity" assumes, in any case, that you know something Presstek doesn't. Maybe they have good reason for investing in the amount of capacity they have invested in.)

Psychology is interesting. Just that one announcement locates the SEC settlement as background. As each new announcement takes its place in the foreground, that background will recede farther and farther.

It isn't only psychology, of course; it's common sense to realize that Fuji, and Heath in its acceptance of Presstek shares, were in a strong position to assess the viability, credibility and future of this company. And assess them very thoroughly, I should think.

I'm curious to know whether you are short Presstek at this point, if you don't mind saying.
