David, Two thoughts- first guilt by association. CREAF is an Asian-based company, and is getting "whupped" on that basis alone. Second I think that we are simply retesting the $17/share level where we realistically bottomed in the last downleg.

CREAF's products and large cash hoard should cushion on the downside however. My guess is that the Asian markets will exhibit a downside bias through March due to specific technical/seasonal reasons in Japan- and CREAF may be impacted through then by that tendency. I tried to play that possibility buy selling some April 20 call Options on part of my stock.

But after April 1st I think that we'll be looking better in Asia generally....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
