August -- Thanks for the feedback on unified messaging technology. I'll look into it some too. It's relevant in the context of Jim Nelson's comment that moore capital and msft made filings the same day. People are ganging up. Ref: Del Clark's comment, they certainly are not a Citrix--- the management team of Citrix developed OS2 for IBM... they have a lot of credibility in dealing successfully with MSFT. msft & moore have gone to a lot of trouble to target this company. They want unified messaging tech badly. It's certainly worth the 1 1/2 risk, in my opinion. I like this test marketing that is going on (gte, comcst, msft) is important. The puzzle is fitting together. cb
