In health insurance you have risk pools that are stratified by age. A 30 yo is not in the same risk pool as a 60 yo. Risk pool establishes the premium. In this monstrosity, risk pools are meaningless. You are so analytically clueless you cannot begin to comprehend the point. Just don't bother.
