It's ridiculous, the government's immigration crooks giving away, for no charge, ownership of New Zealand. No doubt a donation to the right political party smooths the way. We have a million people here who simply flew in, helping themselves to all that was created before. Kiwis created along with their ancestors the $millions per person that now exists in the form of roads, hospitals, airports, railways, wharves, dredging, storm-water and sewerage systems, water supplies, electricity supplies, spectrum and telecommunications, legal systems, and the whole panoply of public assets and natural resources. Some idiot immigration person then just hands it all over to some foreigner wanting to get out of a scummy place. No charge, just here you go, thereby diluting owner-ship of those here. We are right now being expected to not use much water because there isn't enough treatment capacity after the dams were emptied out over a dry summer. Decades ago I worked a couple of weeks non-stop 12 hour shifts wheeling concrete on top of a valve tower, from 6pm to 6am. That built enough water supply for Auckland. 20 years ago due to the ridiculous immigration rules, we ran out of water and another supply had to be built from the Waikato River, costing me another arm and a leg when we already had enough water. Now they have continued to bring in hordes of free-loaders. It's insane. No payment required to move in. Just swindle the useless guards. Immigrants should be BUYING a tradable citizenship at the market rate, found at auction. It would be something like $2 million currently [US$]. If they don't want to be here, they can sell it at the then market price and move on. If we sold 10,000 a year, at something like $2 million each, we'd have another $20 billion a year which would buy a lot of water supply and a lot more besides, more than enough to handle those people.
