"Rapport" Hub?

I understand they are now working on the "WildBull" memorial adapter. <g>

To All,

I just got my January 5, 1998 issue of InternetWeek magazine. The "Fast Fibre Outpaces Rivals" article link has been posted already, but there are a couple of pictures that are interesting. (These don't appear on the web site.)

There is a picture of Brenda Christensen, and she doesn't look like a "one-man gang" at all. <g>

There is also a chart from Morgan Keegan that shows a total Fibre Channel market in 1998 of $7.3 Billion. FC Adapters get $5.9 Billion, FC Switches get $1.1 Billion, and FC Hubs get $.3 Billion.

Even though I think those numbers are overly optimistic, at least we know where they came from. Can us ANCR bulls be THAT far off? (And on the LOW side, besides?) Maybe reality has finally set in. <g>

If those numbers are even close, 1998 could be even better than we thought.

Craig
