Cyrix's chip manufacturer, IBM Microelectronics, is building the MediaGX on a .25 micron process, which helps reduce costs, ensures higher yields and controls power.

I could not believe that IBM "would" use .25u process on MediaGXm! What's happened? 300Mhz on MediaGXm! I never thought that MediaGX would ever be taken over 233Mhz.
