This is stupid. People have bought insurance for years solely because it suits their purpose to do so.

Every day patients walk into cancer treatment facilities around the country to find they are going to need 100s of thousands in treatment to have a chance to stay alive that the insurance company pays without a second thought.

I think you're watching too much TV.
