Very interesting.....

When I posted this info 8 days ago, you said the information/source was unreliable. Does it seem reliable now? Anemic growth for YHOO.

That same source said that NSCP experienced the highest month over month growth (Oct 97 to Nov 97) in advertising......if you look at today's Wahington Post on Page B2, you will see the following quote,

"Netscape also pulls in a growing portion of its revenue from its own Web site--largely by selling advertising space. Such revenue has grown from $9M a year ago to $22M in the fourth quarter--but again is down, from $27M in the third quarter."

Yeah, I think YHOO is a good buy at $64. ROFLMAO. Next week will be really interesting.

So 4x6 mil = 24 mil - 4mil (4.11) + interest (5 mil ??) ~= 25 mil (4Q)

this seems to be in line with expectations (22-24 mil) (~5% +)

Is this "blow out" earnings. (Are these numbers close to the earnings to be announced Jan14?)

What are the implications?

Any input appreciated!
