Interesting.... There is supposed to be BEA news AH tonight... the fella who has scooped this keeps his nose to the ground. I don't know if this piece will be 'it', or if something else is expected. They ran the stock into the close yesterday. FR

Belmont Resources (BEA-V) Aug 22, '17 receives unfavourable decision in arbitration Belmont Resources Inc. has been informed of the decision by the tribunal of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in reviewing the dispute involving the company, EuroGas Inc. and the Slovak Republic in connection with Rozmin SRO and its ownership of the Gemerska Poloma talc deposit. The tribunal, comprising three members, in a majority decision with one member dissenting, has declined to accept jurisdiction for the review and determination of the dispute on technical grounds related to the interjurisdictional treaty between Canada and Slovakia. The company is very disappointed given the length of time, effort and expense incurred by all parties that were seeking a proper determination of the dispute itself and in is in discussion with its legal counsel in regard of a judicial review of the tribunal's decision to decline jurisdiction.
