Obamacare Enrollment Down a Half Million
Posted on March 15, 2017, 10:51 am by Keith Koffler2 Comments

Seems like Obamacare is uninsuring people all by itself, without the Republican bill. Like the GOP says, we’ve got a failing program on our hands.

A half million fewer people have Obamacare coverage now compared to a year ago, according to final enrollment data released Wednesday by the Trump administration,” the Washington Examiner reported.

About 12.2 million people signed up or were automatically enrolled in marketplace plans during the 2017 enrollment period, down from 12.7 million enrollees last year. The figures include people from all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

The data were released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which operates the federal marketplace Healthcare.gov and oversees the state-run marketplaces. The year’s enrollment season ran from Nov. 1 through Jan. 31.

About the Steele dossier:

The Washington DC firm, Fusion GPS, a firm started by 3 former Wall Street Journal reporters, Glenn Simpson, Peter Fritsch, and Thomas Catan, were the ones who hired the former MI6 spy agent in the UK, Mr. Steele, on behalf of a wealthy Republican donor. Fusion GPS does not reveal their sources, or who pays them for opposition research, one of their services on behalf of their clients.

Some at first speculated it may have been Mitt Romney, others speculated it may have Jeb Bush. There is a case to be made though that it may have been Peter Singer, working on behalf of Marco Rubio.

According to an article at the Guardian, the oppo research efforts by Steele began at the beginning of 2016, but the original R funding source stopped in about June 2016. That was when a Democrat source started picking up the tab for Steele's fees.

According to the Guardian report, Steele had given the report to the Republicans and the Democrats. Steele supposedly also shared the info. about Trump with a long time friend of his at the FBI.

Then, immediately after the election the Steele dossier hits the news and Russians who might have talked to Steele start being killed.

Question: If the Steele dossier is all fiction, why the dead Russians?

11/8/16 Sergei Krivov - Duty officer, Russian consulate, NYC. Head trauma.
12/20/16 Petr Polshikov - Russian Foreign Ministry, Moscow. Gunshot in home.
12/26/16 Roman Skyrlnikov - Russian diplomat, Kazakhstan. Heart attack.
12/26/16 Oleg Erovinkin - FSB General, Moscow. Found dead in his car.
1/9/17 - Andrei Malanin - Russian consul, Moscow. Natural causes.
1/25/17 - Alexander Kadakin - Russian ambassador, India. Illness.
2/20/17 - Vitaly Churkin - Russian UN ambassador, NYC. Died "at work."
