SERO is above its 20 and 65 day moving averages, both of which are rising, so this looks like a breakout to me. I haven't been watching the stock closely since I don't own it, so most of its recent rise was a surprise to me.

Do you read Red Chip Review? They follow this stock, and quite a few of their little darlings have made nice moves over the last 2 weeks while most of the stocks I follow have been slugging it out in the mud.
