angel, do you care to explain why you LIED about calling NASDQ? Your own buddy Mr. Hansen says that they never said the review, by itself, was enough not to get approved, but you claimed you called and that is what they told you. Furthermore, what you posted refers to the the company paying its long-term debt in stock rather than cash. If this is agreed upon by the other party, it is better to pay in stock than to have to reach into your cash reserves. btw- do you know Parick Tang ?
