IMHO volume is everything and next the spread. This does not have any interest right now from the investor or the MM. Hell, check out the second to last trade... someone sells 1000 shares @$0.39 when they could have sold a few minutes earlier @$0.40. Tells me even the small guy ain't to interested in this stock.
And the last rise in price was, again IMHO, the S.A. Advisory write-up. Yeah we've got some support at this level, but unless there is some slow steady buying on a continuous basis the price will continue to bob endlessly until the impatient once again decide it's time to head for greener pastures and then the whole cycle will begin again with the ubiquitous drift down in price and then the smart money will again pick up cheap shares. The waiting game is definitely nerve-wracking, fist-clenching, teeth-gritting, but until the fat lady decides to sing my suggestion would be to pick up what ever you can when the price is right. Right now, again IMHO, the price is right for the long term, but I expect the Nervous Nellies and Impatient Idas will offer us another buying opportunity in the near future. When do I expect to see some action like NETZ and FAMH and CSMA... how about like sometime in the future.
