No worries Jack. I am aware of the issue you have with our system. Here's a link to the original GOP field for POTUS. Not sure how you cannot see my point so take a look. en.m.wikipedia.org There's over 20 choices from the original field. Ultimately it boiled down to 4 then 2 then 1. Our Republic consists of approx 3,000 counties and each has an election overseen by the States. Each State has Electoral reps. The choices are made by individuals. That's the system whether you like it or not. As always... you are entitled to your opinion just don't try to impose it on me ;~} Quoting you enthusiastically.
