The purchase of Biomoda was for "cash and stock",how much I dont know, but we will find out before Feb 25(date company has promised to release finacials By). Now for those who feel ADOT has no buisness being involved with a biomedical company, I disagree. A little background on one of Adots directors states that.. "Francisco Urrea Jr. is a director. He has top level management experience with biotech companies and has served on the U.S.Department of Commerce Biotech Advisory Commission, the New Mexico Foreign Trade and Investment Council and the New Mexico Economic Development Commision."
