Where is it flattening ?

Banks make more money on increases in short term rates.

Even if all true and accurate, the banking group chart pattern is not positive for now...

There could be a universe of difference between what should be and what is... also, the U.S. Dollar is apparently not doing well, looks like it's breaking down...
