Hello! MILK, DLEE, And All CVIA Thread And Shareholders!

I just spoke to Jack Arnold!

This is not an exact word for word recap! However I will share the key points , as I understood them to be! ( To be on the safe/cautious side I would treat my comments as "speculative" and proceed accordingly!)

KEY POINTS FROM DISCUSSION WITH JACK ARNOLD!!!

#1. He reads all of our CVIA Thread Postings!

#2. He thinks the entire thread is doing an outstanding job!

#3. He is very much aware that we would rather see an increase iun Share authorization! Versus a share split or rollback!

#4. With the support of our "CVIA SHAREHOLDER ACTION PLAN!"
the voting was unanimous in favour of the merger activities! ( He thanks us all for our support!)

#5. The merger activities are progressing very well, in fact things look bettor each day!

#6. Yes! It would appear that Pat Charles may be involved in the merger activities! ( Just Wayne J.'s opinion!)

#6. Jack indicated that CVIA should be issuing significant details of the merger within the next six to eight weeks! ( End of Feb.???).

#7. Jack also indicated that he anticipates that CVIA will issue a news release/progress update, during the next few days!

#8. Jack didnt really have to much to say about the stock price, except for those those of us that are watching it very closely ( minute by minute!) might find it more stressful, then what he hopes the price will be after after the significant news release in six to eight weeks!
( Looks like the "PATIENCE" factor is still appropriate!).

#9. He sounded very, positive, upbeat, and yes he also indicated that he is very interested in the CVIA Share price! Especially at some point
down the road!

Well that's all Wayne J. has !

My personal feeling, from the discussion with Jack Arnold!

Just my own opinion! But I'm feeling very good! And I can wait to the end of Feb. to see where we are at that point!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Hi
enjoy reading the thread and are a shareholder of cvia,
just a small holder.

But one question bothers me;

I read in the stock detective to watch out for small caps
that acquire a company entirely different from their
original concept or business.

So cvia is in software and going to be in the tire business.
What is yours or anyones opinion on this.
Keep up the good work on the thread.

thanks
Darrell
