Phillip,

Deliveries and revinues will start picking up soon for Magellan's operations.
Airlines tend to place orders after strong financial results
we'll see some strong earnings coming from them over the next couple qtrs.
and the health of the corporate and regional markets is strong.
Major aerospace manufacturers are relying on outsourcing
to companies like Magellan more and more to increase efficiancy
and reduce cost.
U.S. and NATO spending stabilized after years of declines. A turnaround in spending for military aircraft modernization programs
is beginning to push that market. The Pentagon is preparing for battle. The fight will be for the dollars generated by the healthy U.S.economy.
The effects will be evidenced by earnings growth in 98' for Magellan and other aerospace companies.
We should start to see the effects reflected in the company's stock price as the year progresses.
I believe that the aerospace industry is the fastest growing industry at this time. Money managers should start shifting positions
more frequently into this area during the year.

Best regards,

Harry
