Relax, Stocks often experience a sell off after significant news such as this. There are various explanations for this, but I attribute most of it to the impact of short term players taking a profit. Also, the "sell on the news" aura becomes somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophesy. In any case I'm happy the stock is maintaining its present levels. I try not to sweat the short-term movement of this stock. I think if you took a poll of this board, you'd find that the "buy and hold" people are, in general, happier with their performance than the "profit takers". Although, I'm open to contrary opinions. I find this second contract very exciting. First it brings the total value of the DoD contracts up to $5.0 million, which is the number we've been batting around for months. So, for those of you who think only the "big guys" get good information, there's a small bit of evidence to the contrary. Second, it opens a whole new arena for Microvision. Up to know we've been focusing mostly on aircraft applications. This second contract has nothing to do with aircraft. It's essentially a replacement for a desktop monitor. The DoD understands that VRD may have important applications in command and control, and they're putting $1 million toward understanding how. That's pretty cool. Notice that both systems are binocular, which means that Microvision must have made some substantial progress in this area. Also, notice that the second contract calls for a full color version. I'd be interested to find out what field of view they are anticipating. So, try not to worry about the short term vagaries of the market, unless that's your strategy is short term, of course. For me, I'm still holding. Stephan
