PI,glad you enjoyed it. These Reg S deals are a double edge sword, if your in at the wrong time you can get killed when the dilution hits. If you buy at the right time you can make a good buck. IMO this one is going to revisit the 3¢ level. I'm afraid a lot of the volume we've been seeing is due to conversion. IMO also, it has to be close to the 50m authorized. Does anyone know exactly how many shares management holds? Do they have a majority vote? If they want to attempt to increase the authorized,I believe a vote has to be requested,even if it is a formality(shareholders should be notified)..
