i do not believe mexican human traffickers and drug lords give a hoot about declaring war against the usa they have been doing so for a very long time as to the mexican govt, counting on such to stand up to the counter-parties is hopeless so, nothing short of full scale invasion of mexico by usa would stand much chance of stemming illegals the wall shall be defeated would it ever be built, that is for certain only issue is precisely how human ingenuity is always surprising, and government smart not as much but, we are unlikely to settle the debate, so must leave to watch & brief
