One other item worth noting. Amid all the oil company downgrades by Goldman Sachs today, it is interesting that they did not include any drilling companies on the list. Though the "shoot first and ask questions later" crowd links all oil-related companies together, they are, in fact, different. That difference will show when strong earnings are announced over the next few weeks. While investors may turn on a dime, oil companies have to plan their drilling projects over time. With no sign that drilling activity is letting up, the light remains green. Baird
