I have seem a few references to $RUT being in a Head and Shoulders pattern and I am on record with disagreeing with that... So far I feel confident in my opinion as shown in that chart I show here that RUT is not showing Bearish tendencies... as other American Indexes are also not showing bear. There was a post by Trumptown showing how the short interest in the S&P 500 has increased since January. I doubt that the S&P 500 is going to plummet in the short term.... it cannot go on rising forever of course, I am not so naive as to expect that... but in the very near future there appears to me to be an upward movement on the horizon. Yeah... perhaps I was being smug but it was not a shot at you in particular but rather more of a comment on the collective.
