Andrew, I bought a little of your PHX deal today at .5625. As I see it, we will get from .79 to .90 within 6 months. That's a 40% to 60% return in 6 mo. $4 million in cash is contingent, hence the possibility of only .79 (in QWST stock, valued as of the time of the deal) Seemed like a good use of spare cash for the next 6 months in this volitile market.
