I wish someone would develop some good, reasonable metrics for comparing health care systems internationally, that take into account all of the WHO and Commonwealth parameters but also included factors for distribution of quality care, actual cost metrics, debt burden, and other missing metrics.

I think Singapore may have a pretty decent system but it seemed to me they were having big money problems a few years ago, but I can't find a thing on it now lol.
