Obamacare was designed that way, to take control from the hands of the many and place it into the hands of the few.... those with big lobbies made out like bandits,.. UNH, Humana and others wrote the damn bill.... big pharma got asking prices for their drugs, very little negotiation of prices.... middlemen like pharmacy benefit managers made billions, while those on the front lines got slaughtered. It's a disgusting mess
