I'm staying short the full position, I think this may be something more serious than the typical one or two day dip... If you take the ratio between the SPY and GLD, you'll find the ratio has a divergent pattern every time the SP take a big hit... there have been 5 previous such patterns in the past 2 1/2 years and every time the SP had a more significant decline... this time we have that same divergent pattern and the SP is now beginning to dive... this pull back could easily get ugly, and those who choose to hold longs and hope may be sorry they didn't just get out... but who knows, this market is always full of surprises... GZ
