Molina is one of the worst health insurance companies in existence. Probably because they are doing everything on the cheap, I don't know. But that is typical. You can't get in touch with them, they are almost impossible to communicate with, and they don't seem to be able to resolve problems even after YOU figure what they are.

One of the problems of the ACA. They are so desperate for insurance carriers the bar for performance is pretty low.
