teachers from that rockville school have called in to talk radio. they say these illegals have never been to any school in their life, so the libs throw them into 9th grade, they can't read (any language) do any math so they use the school day to recruit for ms 16. sell drugs, plan robbers etc. they disrupt the whole class so no one learns and the teachers they say are force to pass them.
